Eleven "Overseas Stars" are witnesses of the "Big Overseas" strategy of CRTG

Eight Chinese and three foreign employees were honored at the first " Overseas Star " ceremony of the CRTG Overseas held in Beijing on January 24. The general manager of CTRG Mr. Tangzhong attended the ceremony and presented the award to the "Overseas Star"

"Overseas Star" is awarded every two years, aiming at inspiring overseas employees to respect advanced, learn from examples, forge ahead in unity and self-improvement. "Overseas star" needs to have a firm ideal and faith, a long-term root overseas frontline, the consciousness and action to contribute to the overseas work. And there are clear requirements for years of working and conditions of rejection.

As the "Overseas Star", each person will be awarded 10,000 RMB yuan, plus seven days' paid vacation, and three family members will be rewarded to visit the place where the employee works and round-trip tickets will be covered by the company. Foreign "Overseas Star" can enjoy a trip to China with 2 relatives, and the round-trip tickets will be covered by the company.

In 2018, CRTG built a "Big Overseas" business structure around CREC, effectively integrated internal and external superior resources, reformed and innovated, and rejuvenated its overseas business. Eleven "Overseas Stars" are participants and witnesses of the "Big Overseas" strategy of CRTG, and make valuable contributions to the overseas market.
