In 2018, CRTG strictly implemented the staff employment commitment of Collective Contract, making every endeavor to promote re-employment of laid-off employees. Every year, the Company creates and provides large number of new jobs for the society through receiving graduates from universities, receiving demobilized army men and introducing talents from HR market.

CRTG insisted on the idea of “offering high-quality projects and benefiting host countries”, and some overseas major livelihood projects undertaken by the Company in 2018 have been put into operation, thus greatly enhancing the local transportation capability, improving the people’s living conditions, and boosting the local economic prosperity and development.

The international orders are an important component of each host country’s GDP, having made a positive contribution to the promotion of local employment and economic development. At present, the Company employs many local staff in countries where its operations are located. CRTG has trained a large number of engineering and technical personnel for the host countries free of charge, and established a green management system for full monitoring from top to bottom in order to actively protect the ecological environment. In addition, CRTG also actively participates in public welfare undertakings in the countries where the
projects are located. A number of typical stories have emerged in poverty elimination, health research and service, education service, the construction of clean drinking water and sanitation facilities, and emergency rescue and disaster relief. Furthermore, it always upholds the road of the sustainable development of enterprises abroad.
