【Sweden News】CRTG Awarded CEEQUAL Excellent - 87133 Access Tunnel of Stockholm Metro Extension Project

Through the efforts of all the project staff, the 87133 project undertaken by China Railway Tunnel Group(CRTG) was awarded CEEQUAL “Excellent” on December 20, 2021, which is 2 levels better than the client requirement for project i.e. good. During the execution of the Project, every staff of CRTG actively brought up with good ideas and other smart solutions which could reduce impact on health, environmental disturbance, and material usage.

CEEQUAL is the world leading sustainability assessment, rating and awards scheme for civil engineering, infrastructure, landscaping and public realm projects and it rewards to project and contract team in which client, designer and contractor go beyond the legal, environmental and social minima to achieve distinctive environmental and social performance in their work. CEEQUAL uses rigorous evidence-based assessment criteria and external verification to provide a result that can be made public and used in publicity and is widely used and appraised in Sweden.
